Hosting a webinar with SNEB offers a unique opportunity to share your expertise with a diverse audience of nutrition professionals. Whether you’re part of a Division, Committee, Special Interest Group, Task Force, or an SNEB Partner, you can bring valuable insights to the SNEB community while contributing to the advancement of nutrition education.
SNEB 2024-25 Webinar Guidelines
SNEB has budgeted for 24 webinars, including a monthly JNEB Journal Club webinar and a monthly Division, Committee, or Partner webinar. Webinars are free for SNEB members, and $25 for non-members and all webinars are recorded and available for post-event viewing.
Hosting a Webinar
Eligibility: Webinars can be hosted by Divisions, Committees, Special Interest Groups, Task Forces, and partner organizations. Members with webinar ideas should contact the Division that aligns with their topic.
Topics: Webinars must be specific to nutrition education and align with the organization’s vision, mission, and values.
Scheduling: Webinars are held bi-weekly through June 2025, with no sessions in July due to the SNEB International Conference.
Dates: Hosts must select their webinar date at least 6 weeks in advance to allow for setup, promotion, and CEU application.
Submission Requirements: Once a date is selected, hosts must submit the following details for marketing and CEU purposes:
- Webinar title
- Webinar description
- Speakers and moderators
- For CEU requests: 3 learning objectives, nutrition educator competencies, CDR performance indicators, and JNEB keywords.
