The University of New England, Master of Science in Applied Nutrition, is offered 100% online and is designed to prepare individuals for leadership roles in the nutrition field, to advance knowledge and expand skills that promote excellence and innovation in all areas of nutrition practice, and to emphasize evidence-based best practices to support the well-being and health outcomes of individuals, families, and communities through education, research, and service.
Within the graduate programs in nutrition, we provide three options for individuals looking to expand their career in nutrition:
- A 36-credit Master of Science in Applied Nutrition with optional focus areas for professionals looking to advance their careers in nutrition. An ACEND-accredited, 48-credit-hour MS, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist focus option, which leads to a verification statement that allows you to sit for the exam for the RDN credential.
- Are you currently an RD? We now also offer a 27-credit Master of Science in Applied Nutrition with optional focus areas! Complete in as little as 16 months.
