Where do I find my receipts?
Your payment receipts are available in your My Orders menu item of your SNEB community account. Once on the My Orders screen, click All Orders to access paid orders and download receipts.
How can I join a Division or Forum?
Join a Division (and its newsletters): While signed in to the website, look for the Divisions section at the bottom of your My Profile page. Click “Change” in the Divisions section to add a division. Need help? Watch a quick how-to video.
Subscribe to a Division Forum: Click the green Division Forums button below to request access to any division forum. Reminder: Forum subscriptions don’t include division membership. Update your profile to join a division and get its newsletter.
I’m not receiving SNEB emails, what should I do?
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If you still don’t see them, contact us to confirm your email preferences.
What is JNEB, and how can I access it?
JNEB is the official peer-reviewed journal of SNEB. Members access it online via the member portal. After logging in, click on the JNEB Access menu tab.

What continuing education opportunities does SNEB offer?
SNEB provides multiple webinars throughout the year, many of which offer CEUs. There is also an annual conference with sessions offering CEUs.
