SNEB is excited to offer a mentorship program in 2026! This program will help support emerging professionals and build meaningful connections with members! Mentor-mentee conversations can include

• Career pathway conversations (academia, practice, industry, policy)
• Manuscript/grant/presentation feedback and coaching
• Navigating professional growth (leadership, networking, work-life fit)
• Conference preparation (abstracts, posters, talking points)
• Setting and tracking 2–3 achievable goals through June
